LaserLock Technologies Announces Its Selection As The Security Provider For An African Nation's Social Security Card

WASHINGTON, Sept. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- LaserLock Technologies (OTCBB: LLTI), a company involved in authenticating products and persons, announced today that it has been selected as a security provider for the social security card of an undisclosed African nation.

"We are excited to announce that our state-of-the-art product Duochrome™ will be incorporated into a social security card for the first time," said Neil Alpert, Chief Executive Officer. The cards will be produced by American Banknote Corporation (ABnote), LaserLock's exclusive Duochrome™ plastic card partner. ABnote is a global leader in the printing of secure documents and plastic cards and has been offering LaserLock's products for a number of years. Earlier in 2013, LaserLock and ABnote signed an exclusivity agreement.
