LasikPlus® Launches Eye Can Tell You a Story Contest

CINCINNATI, June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LasikPlus®, a leading provider of laser vision correction, is searching for stories about how their services have changed the lives of people treated at LasikPlus. The company is hosting a contest on its Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/LasikPlus) to capture and share laser vision correction stories. Participants are encouraged to post their stories for a chance to win a free laser vision correction treatment to give away, as well as valuable prizes for themselves.

The judging panel at LasikPlus is relying on the general public to help identify the best stories. Fans of LasikPlus' Facebook page are encouraged to view and "like" their favorite submission. The five entries with the most "like" designations at the end of the contest will be judged by a jury from LasikPlus, which will ultimately make the final selection of the grand prize winners based on originality, creativity and appropriateness to theme.

Five lucky grand prize winners will win a voucher for free laser vision correction from LasikPlus and their choice of one of the following $1,000 prizes:

• $1,000 cash
• $1,000 travel voucher
• 32″ Sony Bravia 3D TV (model EX720)

The contest runs through June 12, 2011 and is open to all United States residents 18 years of age and older who have been treated at LasikPlus prior to June 12, 2011. The grand prize winners will be announced by June 28, 2011.
