Lastline Joins Cyber Threat Alliance, Supporting its Mission to Improve Cybersecurity Industry Cooperation and Information Sharing

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lastline^®, the leader in AI-powered network security, today announced that is has joined the Cyber Threat Alliance (CTA), a nonprofit organization working to improve the cybersecurity of the global digital ecosystem. CTA, with a total membership of 21 companies from across the cybersecurity industry, shares timely, actionable, and contextualized threat information to improve defenses against advanced cyber adversaries.

Cyberspace is growing rapidly, increasing the available attack surface for malicious actors to wreak havoc and exploit vulnerabilities. Working with CTA to share information among cybersecurity companies – through coordinated disruption activities and vulnerability disclosures, and during significant cyberincidents – will provide visibility and generate insights about malicious activities and behavior patterns that improve the industry's understanding of adversaries' goals and tactics while improving defenses.
