Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach Sells Out More Than Five Years Ahead of Projections

The community features a total of 3,763 homes.

Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach consistently exceeded all sales projections since opening. More than 300 aspiring homebuyers camped out the night before the November 2017 sales launch to be among the first in line to select their home lots.
