Nov 04, 2011, 16:00 ET from Draftfcb

NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Draftfcb announced today that agency CEO and President Laurence Boschetto will be one of this year's keynote speakers at the 2011 ROI Festival, which will be held November 9-11 in Shanghai, China.

Boschetto's presentation, "Living the Future of Marketing Communications," will address how rapid advancements in technology have impacted today's advertising industry, and the importance of anticipating future developments in order to best connect with consumers with messages that truly matter to them.

"With the world changing at an exponential rate—everything we knew can't be taken for granted anymore. That is why our industry needs to live with the certainty that once we crack the code, we will need to change again to stay relevant," Boschetto plans to say in his prepared remarks.

This will mark Boschetto's third visit to Asia in less than a year. In November 2010, Boschetto visited the agency's offices in Greater China, and in February of this year, he traveled to the agency's India offices.

"At Draftfcb, we firmly believe in the equal importance of creativity and accountability, and the ROI Festival and its organizers share that belief," said Boschetto. "I look forward to traveling to Greater China next week, and seeing more of the creative and highly effective work being produced there."
