PROVIDENCE, R.I., July 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In July 2005, a 59-year old male employee injured his back lifting equipment at his job in a Fall River factory.  He was diagnosed with a herniated lumbar disc and surgery was recommended, but other health problems prevented the surgery from taking place.
