This acquisition furthers the efforts of Jean Robert Audet, who founded Le Veau Charlevoix over 35 years ago, to develop and expand the high-quality, specialized brand in all Quebec regions. The Le Veau Charlevoix veal is raised using production methods designed specifically to meet consumer expectations. Le Veau Charlevoix products will soon be available again in grocery stores across Quebec.
