Leader In Best Animal Practices, Miami-Dade Animal Services, Selects Glo Creative as Their Social Media Agency of Record

Miami-Dade Animal Services' new state-of-the-art 4.79-acre Pet Adoption and Protection Center is the first new shelter to open in over 40 years in Miami-Dade County. With support from industry leaders including the ASPCA, and Sandra Newberry, DVM, the new facility is the first fully climate controlled and air-conditioned animal shelter in the country, that was expertly designed to provide best practices in pet care.

"We worked day and night to set the new standard for local animal shelters across the country so we were looking for an agency that understood the challenges of being a county animal shelter that is working diligently to change the perception of how shelters are run," said Alex Muñoz, Director of Miami-Dade Animal Services. "This new facility has been a passion project that is very dear to my heart, and Glo Creative best met our needs for highlighting all of our improvements to enhance our social media presence nationally."

Glo Creative began work for Miami-Dade Animal Services in June 2016 after a competitive review of integrated marketing agencies throughout South Florida. The Miami-based agency will be responsible for providing social media content, as well as implementing a strategic digital marketing plan to highlight the enhancements of the facility and its animal care.
