LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cliffside Malibu, a nationally recognized leader in evidence-based addiction treatment, has appointed Jerry Rhodes, the former CEO of CRC Health, to its board of directors.
"I'm delighted that Jerry has agreed to join our board of directors. His experience in the behavioral health industry is unmatched, and sets the stage for an expansion of Cliffside Malibu's unique approach to drug and alcohol addiction," said Cliffside Malibu CEO, John Peloquin.
"I am excited to assist John in actualizing the potential of Cliffside Malibu, already a prestigious name in behavioral healthcare. Under his leadership the brand is poised to be a leader in addiction treatment on a national level," said Rhodes.

Together, they helped engineer its sale to Acadia Healthcare in 2015 for $1.3 billion—one of the largest transactions in the history of the behavioral healthcare industry.
Founded by Richard Taite in 2005, Cliffside Malibu treatment center has grown in size and stature in the ensuing years, today offering the highest standard of clinical care in its residential, intensive-outpatient, and sober living facilities.
