Leading Analyst Firm Names Jaspersoft the Highest Growth Vendor in the Business Intelligence Software Market for 2009

SAN FRANCISCO, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Jaspersoft announced today that leading IT analyst firm Gartner identified Jaspersoft as the highest growth vendor worldwide in the business intelligence software market from 2008 to 2009, based on business volume, in their recent report, "Market Share: Business Intelligence, Analytics and Performance Management Software, Worldwide, 2009".

As Senior Gartner Research Analyst, Dan Sommer, stated in an April 22, 2010 Gartner press release*, "Even though growth was nowhere near the levels of 2008, and by no means immune to the recession, BI showed that it is not as cyclical as many other software areas, recording healthy growth in one of the toughest years recorded in software history.
