Leading Oil and Gas Lawyer John Conlin to Join the London Office of Andrews Kurth

LONDON, Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Andrews Kurth is pleased to announce that John Conlin, a prominent upstream oil and gas transactional lawyer, will join the firm's London office as a partner.

Conlin represents energy clients, in the UK and internationally, in cross-border upstream oil and gas mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and related projects. His work has included advising clients on major upstream acquisitions and divestments and other E&P matters in Europe, Central Asia, Africa and throughout the Middle East.

Conlin will join Andrews Kurth from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a partner and co-chaired the firm's international oil and gas business group. Before entering private practice, Conlin spent five years with the independent oil and gas group Perenco as Assistant General Counsel.
