Podcast Will Focus on Successful Women in Business & Lessons Learned
NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Socialfly, a leading social media marketing agency, has announced the launch of its podcast, The Entreprenista Podcast. The podcast, which will first air on Tuesday, November 13th, is designed to showcase a number of "entreprenistas," or successful female entrepreneurs.
So what exactly is an "entreprenista"? Socialfly defines it as a woman who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks to do so. Not to mention, entreprenistas are fiercely motivated, ambitious and competitive when forging ahead with their visions.
Each week on The Entreprenista Podcast, Socialfly's co-founders will sit down with an inspiring entreprenista to discuss all aspects of running a business. While Instagram might show the more glamorous aspects of business life, the podcast will take a deeper dive into failures, successes and an unfiltered take on what it really means to be your own boss.
With an exciting lineup of guests from Sami Fishbein, co-founder of Betches Media and Samantha Wasser, co-founder of By Chloe, to Dana Pollack, founder of Dana's Bakery, guests will get a sneak peek into the inner workings of a number of leading brands and business leaders' lives.
Socialfly itself was founded by two Entreprenistas in 2011, Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer. Stephanie first began her career in sales at Marriott International but recognized the tremendous positive impact of social media while helping friends launch entrepreneurial endeavors.
Around the same time, she met Courtney Spritzer, who had begun her career as a Financial Analyst at American Express, and Bond Underwriter at Hanover Insurance Group, but discovered early on the opportunities for growth social media presented.
