"Equipment matters when it comes to attracting outstanding technicians," says Doug Spiller, heavy-duty product manager for Rotary Lift. "Equipping your shop with mobile column lifts communicates to techs that you're willing to invest in new, technician-friendly equipment. If talented new recruits have to choose between shops where they can work standing up versus those where they have to slide around on their backs, they're going to choose the shops that provide equipment that makes their jobs more comfortable and efficient."

Mach Series mobile column lifts offer refuse and recycling collection fleets unmatched versatility to maximize resources. They are:

  • Faster to set up and raise a vehicle than other lifts. Mach Series lifts provide productivity improvement of more than 30 percent.
  • Portable. Mach Series lifts can be moved throughout the shop as needed, so no dedicated bays are required.
  • Controllable from any column. Techs can operate the entire lift from the closest column, providing increased productivity.
  • Easy to operate. Mach Series lifts feature a patent-pending control panel with graphic interface.
  • Battery operated. No power cords clutter up the service bay.
  • Equipped with an automatic steering system. No time wasted pumping up the jacks to move the columns.
  • ALI Certified. Mach Series lifts have been third-party tested and certified to meet industry safety and performance standards.

Rotary Lift Mach Series mobile column lifts pick up refuse collection vehicles at the wheels, providing unlimited access to under-vehicle hydraulic components. Mach Series lifts are available with capacities of 13,000 lbs. or 18,000 lbs. per column. They can be ordered in sets of two, four, six or eight columns.
