Learnit Acquires AcademyX to Scale Learning and Development Programming

SAN FRANCISCO, March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Learnit, a leader in instructor-led workshops and corporate training, today announced the acquisition of AcademyX – an established leader in technical upskilling.

AcademyX's offering will bring additional breadth and depth to Learnit's portfolio as it expands its learning and development (L&D) programming to better serve existing customers and scale into new markets. The acquisition reinforces Learnit's positioning as a premier provider of world-class, instructor-led training, in person or virtually, to organizations and individuals.
