CAPE TOWN, South Africa, Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Leatt Corporation (OTCQB: LEAT), a global developer, marketer and distributor of personal protective equipment for all forms of sports, and whose products include the flagship Leatt-Brace®, announced today that Management will remotely host the 2016 Annual Meeting of its Stockholders at the Offices of DresnerAllenCaron, 276 Fifth Avenue, Suite 604, New York, New York, 10001, USA, on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. ET, as well as via conference call and audio webcast.
