LeChase Construction Services, LLC, announces an agreement to purchase Lendlease Construction Offices in Upstate New York and Raleigh-Durham
ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- LeChase Construction Services, LLC, a full-service construction management and general construction firm, is strengthening its foothold through an agreement to purchase select construction business assets in Upstate New York and Raleigh-Durham, N.C., from Lendlease Americas Inc. The deal, valued at an undisclosed amount, will enable these offices to continue to grow and succeed with LeChase.

Goodrich noted that the transaction is subject to customary conditions, but that both firms will work to quickly and smoothly close the transaction. LeChase plans to invest in the acquired assets, and employees of Lendlease in those offices will have the opportunity to join LeChase.
