CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- After over 20 years of serving the Charlotte market, LEED Electric has been acquired by Amped Electric, a portfolio company of Evolution Strategy Partners. Owners Theresa and John Gilmer decided to sell as part of their retirement plan, prioritizing a transition that would benefit their employees and customers while ensuring the company's continued success.
