Mr. Condon began his career at International Cable and Wireless Group, where he served as Director of Mobile Services. Cable and Wireless owns multiple fixed/wireless operations worldwide.

Norman Fekrat has over 20 years of consulting experience advising senior management within the communications service provider industry. Mr. Fekrat has held senior leadership roles in major consulting firms including Partner at Accenture and Vice President of Global Business Services at IBM. Within both of the leading organizations, Mr. Fekrat was responsible for the development and management of the Telecom Network Solutions practices as well as driving innovation into the industry.
