Through multiple strategic initiatives, Ramasamy will lead the organization's continued growth and expansion, ensuring the next 10 years are as impactful as the work accomplished since its founding in 2006. To date, Lemonade Day has served over 1.5M kids and their families in over 90 communities across North America.

During her time with Robbins, Ramasamy worked with teams across the globe, blending behavioral insight, strategic clarity, and operational excellence to drive lasting systematic change and ROI-driven impact.

Under her leadership, the organization plans to further expand its geographic reach while deepening its impact in existing communities.

The organization has recently achieved several key milestones that position it for continued growth. These include garnering additional support from the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation for youth entrepreneurship programming in the East, launching a comprehensive marketing initiative to drive expansion across the Pacific Northwest, and completing a successful pilot in Omaha that has already attracted follow-on funding for continued growth in that market.
