DENVER, July 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LenderLive Holdings, Inc., a leading mortgage services provider, announced today the appointments of Rob Clements as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and John Surface as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Clements and Mr. Surface will also join the company's Board of Directors. LenderLive Founder and CEO Rick Seehausen will move into the role of Vice Chairman and Founder.
Mr. Clements and Mr. Surface come to LenderLive after over two decades at EverBank Financial Corp, a diversified, national banking institution and strong leader in the mortgage market. Both are banking and mortgage industry veterans and have significant experience working with vendors and service providers to the financial services industry. During their tenures at EverBank, they led the transformation of the bank from a monoline mortgage company with less than $200 million in assets into a nationwide, $28 billion, diversified financial services company with deep roots in the mortgage market. They were instrumental in developing highly-successful organic growth and strategic acquisition initiatives, raising over $1.2 billion in growth capital, taking EverBank public in 2012 and selling the company for $2.6 billion to TIAA in a transaction that closed last month. Under their leadership, the company experienced profitability in every quarter and developed a reputation as an innovative, growth business in the financial services industry.
Mr. Clements joined EverBank in 1994 and served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since 1997. Mr. Clements received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Surface joined EverBank Financial Corp in 1994 and served as Senior Executive Vice President with responsibility for corporate strategy, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and new growth initiatives. Mr. Surface received a B.S. in Business Management, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
