Lennar Enters Des Moines Market with the Start of Sales at Five New Communities

DES MOINES, Iowa, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, today announced its entry into the Des Moines market with the Start of Sales at five new communities across Central Iowa: Cross Creek, Deer Run, Southbridge, Spring Creek Ridge North and Woodbury.
