GREENWICH, Conn., Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Leverage Shares by Themes is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (Nasdaq: MGOL), an actively managed exchange-traded fund expected to begin trading on October 14, 2026.

MGOL is designed to provide investors with exposure to six companies spanning technology and artificial intelligence: Meta Platforms, Inc., Anthropic PBC, NVIDIA Corporation, Alphabet Inc., OpenAI, Inc., and Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX). Collectively, these companies are referred to as the "MANGOS Companies."

MGOL seeks capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities issued by, and financial instruments with economic characteristics that in combination provide investment exposure to, the MANGOS Companies.

The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective through derivative instruments, including swap agreements and options contracts, as well as, to a lesser extent, direct investments in the MANGOS Companies.
