Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Invests in Concentric Energy Advisors in Partnership with Management

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP"), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced today that it has completed a growth investment in Concentric Energy Advisors ("Concentric" or the "Company"), in partnership with management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Concentric is a leading consulting and advisory firm serving the North American utility and energy industry. The Company provides expert advice, technical analysis, and testimony to electric, gas, and water utilities and infrastructure investors, with particular expertise in navigating utility rate cases and regulatory proceedings. Concentric's comprehensive offering spans cost of capital, return on equity, revenue requirement, cost of service and rate design, depreciation, transaction and financing support, and regulatory strategy services.
