Lexmark Receives Top Honors in 19th Annual RIS Software LeaderBoard Survey of Retailers
LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lexmark, a global imaging solutions leader, today announced that it has received 19 top-10 rankings for its retail signage solution in the 2019 Retail Info Systems (RIS) Software LeaderBoard, including first place in both the Overall Ease of Installation and Integration category and the Ease of Installation for Tier 1 and Mid-Size retailers.
For the past 19 years, the RIS Software LeaderBoard has surveyed senior-level retail executives on their experiences with software solutions used in their organizations. The 2019 survey collected input from 585 evaluations submitted by 294 retailers who work with the 50 vendors identified in this report.
Lexmark received top 10 honors for retail signage software in categories measuring executive impressions on customer satisfaction, technology innovation, quality of service, leaders in recommendation, software reliability, overall performance, return on investment, total cost of operations, quality of support, ease of administration and maintenance and was also ranked as a solution vendor leader.
