Liberty International Underwriters Expands Risk Engineering Team To Focus on Energy-Related and Civil Construction Projects
NEW YORK, Feb. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- With the resurgence in America's energy industry and continued energy growth anticipated in Latin America, Liberty International Underwriters (LIU), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has added five risk engineers to its U.S. and Latin America risk engineering team to focus on energy-related opportunities and civil construction projects.
The additional risk engineering team members are:
- Miami-based Leonardo Garzon and Jose Segnini for Latin America
- New York-based Rickey Johnson for the U.S.
- Houston-based Paul Hampshire, both for the U.S. and Latin America Civil Construction
- Houston-based Scott Kelley for the U.S.

The energy-construction risk engineer team joins LIU's existing energy and construction operations in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami and New York, which offer creative cross-class response through seamless products, policy cover, and services.
