• Personalized Cardio and Strength Equipment Interface: Members can effortlessly log into Life Fitness equipment using the YMCA360 app, ensuring a customized user experience on the Discover SE4 or SE4 console and Symbio products.
• Automated Workout Builder: A new, innovative tool that will generate specific workout plans tailored to individual goals and abilities, supporting both novice and advanced exercisers.
• Enhanced Workout Tracking: The YMCA360 app will provide comprehensive tracking of cardio and strength workouts, including automated rep and set tracking with connected strength pieces.
• Trainer Connect®: Personal trainers can send custom workouts directly to clients, enhancing member engagement and progress tracking.
