PLANO, Texas, Jan. 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeCare Health Partners today announced 10 of its Texas-based home care providers will join under a new name: LifeCare Home Care, effective immediately.
Over the past nearly four years, LifeCare Health Partners, a leading national health care services provider, has expanded its post-acute services to include home-based care, intermediate skilled nursing, transitional care and behavioral health services.
