This partnership will accelerate LifeLabs Learning's plans to roll out digital innovations that lead to rapid learning, long-term retention and joyful experiences in the flow of work. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction is expected to close in several weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
