The video graphically illustrates how the Titan Structure is completely engineered and welded at the Lifestyle facility in Middlebury, Ind., with the highest quality, American-made steel, resulting in the strongest frame in the industry. The double, box-channel steel frame provides the solid base needed for a raised steel integrated bath floor that no other company manufactures. The Titan frame also maintains its structural integrity, with far more rigidity than conventional I-beam frames, so important to the long life of fifth wheels used by full timers.

Twelve inches of welded, box channel steel allow the full-wall slide system to be engineered on risers above the frame for the strongest foundation and smoothest operation. The video also details that slide-outs are operated by a fully mechanical, rack and pinion system with over-sized gearing for the ultimate reliability. Even torque is distributed to both sides of the slide room by a center-mounted motor to prevent flexing.
