ATLANTA, Nov 15, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LIGATT Security International (LSI), (Pink Sheets: LGTT) a cyber security company, announced today that their 2nd Annual Shareholders Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 4th, has been cancelled. Due to the low number of shareholders that registered, the Board of Directors of LIGATT Security has decided to cancel this year's meeting.
"I anticipated having a lot more shareholders register for this year's meeting," comments Evans. "Unfortunately, we did not receive more than 4 register, yet I was looking forward to meeting some of the people who invested in LIGATT Security."
As a result of the low number of shareholders that registered for the meeting, LIGATT Security International will be having an office open house sometime in January 2011 for registered shareholders. The company has expanded, now utilizing 10,000 square feet of office space.
