Lightbridge to Participate in International Atomic Energy Agency General Conference as Member of U.S. Delegation
TYSONS CORNER, Va., Sept. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightbridge Corporation (NASDAQ: LTBR), a leading innovator of next generation nuclear fuel designs and provider of nuclear energy consulting services to commercial and governmental organizations, will be participating in the 55th International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) General Conference in the U.S. Industry Program.
Lightbridge has been asked to participate as part of official U.S. delegation to the IAEA General Conference which will be held September 19-23, 2011, in Vienna, Austria. A series of technical meetings will be conducted by the Company's management who will provide expert advisory consultations with top leaders from IAEA Member States looking to begin or advance their nuclear power programs.

The IAEA General Conference is attended by its members, representing over 150 sovereign states. The U.S. portion of the program will be sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration.
