Lighthouse Strategies, LLC, Announces Strategic Investment by Cresco Labs

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lighthouse Strategies LLC ("Lighthouse"), a finance, research & technology, & portfolio management company, today announces a strategic investment from Cresco Labs, an innovator developing professional-grade cannabis products across the country. Through this investment, Cresco Labs suite of branded products will be produced and sold in Nevada; while Cannabiniers' brands, an intellectual property "IP" licensee of Lighthouse, will have their portfolio of products produced and distributed through Cresco Labs current and future markets across the United States.

Silver State Wellness, LLC dba Cannabiniers holds one cultivation, and one processing license operated under the dba Cannabiniers, and one dispensary license operated operated by Paradise Wellness Center dba Las Vegas Releaf. Cannabiniers currently operates an 18,000 square foot marijuana infused products production facility supporting the production of beverages, concentrates, topicals and edibles, with a licensed 67,000 square foot cultivation facility currently in development. Cresco Labs will be collaborating with Cannabiniers construction and cultivation teams on the development and implementation of cultivation operations.

As part of this collaboration, Cannabiniers will gain access to Cresco's multi-state footprint, through which Cannabiniers will rapidly introduce their market disrupting portfolio of beverages and patented topicals on a national scale.   Cannabiniers portfolio currently consists of Two Roots Brewing Co., Just Society, Bask Essentials and Brewbudz.
