Lighting Science Group Hires Industry Veteran Greg Mattison

SATELLITE BEACH, Fla., Feb. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Lighting Science Group Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: LSCG), a leading American maker of LED-based lighting, has hired Greg Mattison as director of rebate programs.  Mattison will play a key role in working with energy utilities to foster the development of an increased number of LED rebate programs nationwide.  He reports to Ted Russ, Lighting Science Group's chief business development officer.

Prior to joining Lighting Science Group, Mattison worked for 28 years at Facility Solutions Group, one of the nation's largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, energy management solutions, and signage. He has been involved in education for the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IES) for many years and chaired the education committee for 5 years and the Building Owners and Managers Association education committee.  He has been a local and regional judge for IES sponsored competitions.  Greg has taught the ED50, ED100, and the ED150 courses for the IES.
