The restaurant will be situated on the site of the former Paradiso Mexican Restaurant, which will be demolished in the next few weeks to make way for the construction of the Olive Garden. The 7,800 square-foot restaurant has an anticipated opening date of late summer 2011.

The Olive Garden will be located on the north side of the Dakota Square Mall property, a key location that is highly visible from U.S. Highways 52 and 2. The 600,000 square foot mall is located on 79 acres and is home to such tenants as Target, Sears, JC Penney, and Barnes and Noble, as well as a 176-room Sleep Inn hotel with a 24,000-square-foot indoor water park.
