Midderhoff, who has more than 20 years of experience in business strategy, product development, multicultural marketing and advertising account leadership, was recruited to help the agency stay competitive and secure larger consumer packaged goods (CPG) accounts. Serving nearly seven years as brand manager at Kraft Foods, Midderhoff conceptualized strategic plans and led global product launches that resulted in significant revenue growth.
