The technology is Limitless Labs' Social Mirror Audiences, which trained a custom audience for SACHEU on thousands of real beauty creators, each member built from that creator's own content and stated preferences, not an invented persona, then pointed that audience at what shoppers are already saying, including more than 22,000 customer reviews across 22 SACHEU products and 184,060 social videos, so a proposed shade, product, or claim can be put in front of the whole audience at once. Limitless Labs then refines the audience against SACHEU's own internal data, keeping the voices that correctly understand the brand; on SACHEU's data that step lifted preference accuracy by about 30 percentage points over an unrefined audience, turning weeks of small-panel research into days and leaving every answer traceable to real customer and creator voices.

Since January, the partnership has produced a methodology that shapes real decisions:

• Reading the reviews. When SACHEU revisited the how-to-use guidance on its Peel-Off Lip STAY-N, the decision was informed by 7,391 real customer reviews - the people who actually use the product.

• Hearing the creators. What real creators gravitate toward helps SACHEU understand which shades and ideas resonate before committing to them. Ahead of one lip shade launch, the audience ranked three shades in the same order they ultimately sold.

• Deciding with more of the picture. One shade study drew on 184,060 social videos to show which shades had real pull and which were splitting the audience.
