Lin-Hua Wu Joins Brunswick Group as Partner

SAN FRANCISCO, June 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Brunswick Group LLC, a leading corporate communications consultancy, announced today that Lin-Hua Wu is joining as a Partner based in the San Francisco office. Ms. Wu brings significant experience to Brunswick's offering in M&A and litigation communications and has deep expertise in crisis and corporate reputation work.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Ms. Wu was a Managing Director at Kekst and Company and served as head of its San Francisco office and co-head of its Litigation Support Group. She joined Kekst in 2004 and founded its San Francisco office in 2008. During her time at Kekst, she represented numerous technology, financial services and asset management companies including private equity firms and anchored the firm's West Coast M&A practice. Earlier in her career Ms. Wu was a practicing attorney. She first advised tech companies on venture financings and IPOs at Wilson Sonsini, a leading international law firm with deep roots in Silicon Valley, and also served as Legal Counsel and Head of Governmental Relations for Europe at the Center for Strategic Decision Research, a U.S. Department of Defense-funded research institute focused on NATO and transatlantic security.

Ms. Wu joins Brunswick as a senior member of the firm, which provides clients a uniquely multi-disciplinary approach to corporate communications, including M&A, IPOs and restructuring transactions, crisis and reputation management. Ms. Wu joins the San Francisco office, which has a client roster that includes leading Fortune 500 technology companies and some of the most promising start-ups in the Bay Area.
