Lincoln International Hires Roger Knight, Further Strengthening its Leading Technology, Media & Telecom Group

Most recently, Roger focused on enterprise software and security with KeyBanc Capital Markets as Director in its Technology Group (fka Pacific Crest Securities). Clients that Roger has served include AppAssure Software, Cloudyn, Code42, Dynatrace, jamf, SevOne, Tricentis and ZeroTurnaround.

Prior to Pacific Crest Securities, Roger advised technology clients in both public equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions at Oppenheimer and WR Hambrecht. He began his career on Wall Street within Deutsche Bank's TMT debt capital markets team.

For more than a decade in the TMT sector, Roger has advised enterprise software, private equity, venture capital and growth equity clients on transactions with top industry consolidators, including BMC Software, Cisco Systems, DELL EMC, Microsoft, salesforce.com, SAP and Solarwinds, and with growth equity and private equity investors, such as Bain Capital Ventures, Francisco Partners, Insight Venture Partners and Summit Partners.
