Lincoln International Represents ABC Laboratories in its Sale to EAG, Inc., a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC

CHICAGO, July 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincoln International ("Lincoln"), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories, d/b/a ABC Laboratories ("ABC" or the "Company"), has been acquired by EAG, Inc. (Evans Analytical Group) ("EAG"), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. The Company was owned by a group of shareholders led by Celerity Partners, a private investment firm based in Los Angeles, California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Columbia, Missouri, ABC is a leading contract research organization providing product development and analytical testing services for diverse end markets.
