On Tuesday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. Uslaner will participate in the panel and interactive workshop "EVENTS AS A PLATFORM: CREATING A 360-DEGREE SHOW." The panelists will discuss how live and online combine to complement each other and create a new way of connecting, engaging and selling in the event industry. The session will highlight digital-plus-live strategies and how to leverage these strategies into sales, including analytics and goal setting; technology; keeping content fresh; models of monetizing the 24/7; mobile; creation/conversion and social networking with a purpose. Uslaner is responsible for development and implementation of marketing programs, creating innovative business solutions for the electronics industry. Previously, Uslaner was the Regional Marketing Director at The Institute for International Research where she directed the marketing strategy for a portfolio of annual executive conferences and web events. Uslaner has a 15-year history at UBM where she held several marketing supervisory roles, including Marketing Director at CMP Electronics' Group where she conceptualized and managed the development of marketing strategy and campaigns for its Embedded portfolio of events, websites and print publications. Earlier in her career, Uslaner was employed with Frost & Sullivan and The NPD Group.
