Linde and Chart Industries highlighted cryogenic industrial applications at 2015 AWISCO trade show for New York Metro customers
MURRAY HILL and NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J., June 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Linde LLC and Chart Industries participated jointly in a trade show held recently by AWISCO, a Linde Platinum distributor. The show was at AWISCO's headquarters in Maspeth, New York.

Each year, AWISCO sponsors an exhibition for about 60 of its partner vendors to showcase the latest in welding, cutting, safety and industrial technology. Linde and Chart Industries personnel were on hand to demonstrate industrial applications for liquid nitrogen, including cryogenic deflashing -- removal of flash from work pieces such as rubber-molded parts. Chart personnel highlighted the effectiveness of their cryogenic storage vessels, while Linde specialists demonstrated the use of liquid nitrogen which, at minus 321 degrees F, is used in a variety of industrial applications.
Steve Brady, distributor sales manager for Linde LLC, said, "We were delighted to participate with Chart at the AWISCO trade show. Also in attendance at the trade show were more than 100 welding students and staff from the School of Cooperative Technical Education of New York, Western Suffolk Boces, Sussex County Technical School and Morris County Technical School.
