Digital transformation solutions company Lingaro has acquired a majority stake in ORBA, an enterprise e-commerce company specializing in the design and implementation of systems based on the Magento™ platform. The investment expands Lingaro's digital transformation capabilities with respect to direct-to-consumer sales channels, towards which many global manufacturers and retailers are making a strategic shift.
