Lingerfelt & Davis Announce 152,491 SF Lease at Carmel Church Business Center

RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Lingerfelt and The Davis Companies (Davis) are pleased to announce the recent signing of a 152,491 square foot lease with M.C. Dean at Carmel Church Business Center, located at 11174 Enterprise Parkway, Ruther Glen, VA 22546.  Jake Servinsky and Jimmy Appich of JLL represented M.C. Developed by ARCO Design/Build, the facility was completed in Q2 2024 through a joint venture between Lingerfelt and Boston-based partner, Davis. Building on this momentum, Lingerfelt and Davis recently announced the acquisition of a 95-acre site in Henrico County, Virginia, for the development of the 7 Hills Distribution Center. Located just south of Richmond International Airport, the 7 Hills site is fully entitled for the phased development totaling approximately 820,800 square feet of Class A warehouse and distribution space across four buildings.
