Lingerie Bowl VII to Headline Super Bowl Week Events in South Florida

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Lingerie Football League, LLC. (or 'LFL') officials are excited to announce the LFL Conference Playoffs as well as the annual Super Bowl halftime mega-television special Lingerie Bowl will be held at Seminole Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL. LFL models will host an exclusive Lingerie Bowl after-party immediately following the game on Saturday night for Lingerie Bowl ticket holders, celebrities and select VIP guests at the five-star luxury Miami Beach hotel, One Bal Harbor Hotel.

Due to previous Lingerie Bowl commercial and viewership success, the league extension called Lingerie Football League launched in Fall 2009 with (10) franchise teams featuring some of America's most beautiful and athletic models playing 7-on-7 full-contact tackle football on Friday nights at major arenas and stadiums as part of LFL, Friday Night Football. Through the first (15) weeks of the LFL season attendance is almost 25% above projections, television ratings have registered as 1st or 2nd in primetime with A25-54, record internet traffic as well as expansion markets announced for 2010.

Two teams from each LFL conference will advance to Miami for the LFL Conference Playoffs. The Chicago Bliss of the Eastern Conference and Dallas Desire of the Western Conference have already clinched playoff berths. Only two more playoff spots remain with Seattle Mist and Los Angeles Temptation competing in the Western Conference for the remaining spot while Tampa Breeze and Miami Caliente are competing for the final spot in the Eastern Conference.

Tickets for the LFL Conference Playoffs and Lingerie Bowl VII will go on sale Monday, January 4, 2010 at 12PM EST through Ticketmaster with all games expected to sell-out.
