LiquidBreaker and Falcon resolve litigation; 'Retrofit Green Cartridge' sales end in North America; Customers encouraged returning to Falcon products

LOS ANGELES, July 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Falcon Waterfree Technologies, LLC and LiquidBreaker, LLC are pleased to jointly announce that the parties have settled their pending litigation in the Superior Court of the State of California, Case # 37-2012-00053834-CU-BT-NC entitled Falcon Waterfree Technologies, LLC vs. LiquidBreaker, LLC, Giovanni Fima, et al.

As a result of comprehensively resolving the differences between the companies, LiquidBreaker® has ceased all sales of its "Green Cartridge" product in the United States, Canada and Mexico and is encouraging its North American customers and distributors to convert back to Falcon® or Sloan® brand cartridges for use in Falcon or Sloan waterless urinals. LiquidBreaker will continue to sell its products in other sections of the world and focus on helping clients' floor drain needs with the Green Drain in the United States and worldwide.

As part of this resolution, Falcon is offering a special promotional deal incentivizing end customers who have installed Green Cartridge cores and housings in their Falcon or Sloan brand waterless urinals to convert back to using the newest generation of Falcon or Sloan brand cartridges.  

Falcon is offering all current Green Cartridge end customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico who have installed Green Cartridge cores and housings into their Falcon or Sloan brand waterless urinals the opportunity to exchange one "Green Cartridge" housing for two free Falcon brand waterless urinal cartridges at no cost. Customers may claim their two free cartridges by contacting [email protected] or 310.209.7229 by July 31, 2013. Falcon or its representatives will provide in-service training to any customers with installations having more than 10 urinals to be converted back to Falcon or Sloan brand products.
