Lisa B. Neimark Joins Capstone Advisory Group, LLC

SADDLE BROOK, N.J., June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Capstone Advisory Group, LLC announced today that Lisa Neimark has joined the firm as an Executive Director. Ms. Neimark has a skilled background in restructuring advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market solutions.  She will join the firm's Chicago office.

Ms. Neimark was most recently at Neimark Capital Advisors, LLC, where she was the founding managing director. She joined Neimark from Macquarie Capital, where she was a senior member of the restructuring team.   Prior to Macquarie she spent 18 years with its predecessor firms, Giuliani Capital Advisors and the investment banking subsidiary of Ernst & Young, where she provided restructuring advisory services to companies across many industries. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy.

Lisa Neimark has over 20 years of experience in advising public and private companies across a wide range of industries. She has advised boards of directors and management teams varying in size from start-up companies to multi-billion dollar international corporations on all aspects of strategic and operational matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital sourcing, corporate reorganizations and valuation.
