Lisa Buckingham Named "2012 Pennsylvania Woman of the Year" by Pennsylvania Diversity Council

RADNOR, Pa., Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC) announced today that Lisa M. Buckingham, executive vice president and chief human resources, brand and communications officer for the company, has been honored with the Pennsylvania Diversity Council's "2012 Pennsylvania Woman of the Year" award. Buckingham was formally recognized by the council at the organization's Third Annual Philadelphia Diversity & Leadership conference that took place on October 18.

She is also responsible for overseeing the corporation's Brand & Enterprise Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility activities. Buckingham reports to Dennis R. Glass, president and CEO of Lincoln Financial Group.
