Lisa Dunavin Joins Cassidy Turley to Lead Atlanta Market

ATLANTA, April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that effective May 1, 2014 Lisa Dunavin will join the firm as Managing Principal of Atlanta.

Ms. Dunavin will lead Cassidy Turley in Atlanta as the company continues to build its Atlanta platform, including expanding Capital Markets, Industrial Services and Property Management capabilities, among others.

Ms. Dunavin joins a team that increased transaction volume 44% last year and has pursued and helped win significant assignments with SunTrust, the State of Georgia, Aaron's and Chick-fil-A.

Ms. Dunavin joins Cassidy Turley from Cushman & Wakefield, where she played a national leadership role with the firm's U.S. Project Leasing group and led the firm's Atlanta Project Leasing team. She brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Cassidy Turley with firms such as Trammell Crow Company, Hines and Equity Office Properties. Additionally, she has served as President of NAIOP's Georgia Chapter and won the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Alvin B. Cates Award, the organization's annual recognition for Atlanta's top real estate transaction. Recently, she was also recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 10 producers in the landlord category at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' 2014 Million Dollar Club awards banquet. Ms. Dunavin is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
