Lisa Huls-Fry Joins Cassidy Turley as Executive Managing Director of Facility Management

NEW YORK, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Lisa Huls-Fry has joined the company as Executive Managing Director of Facility Management.  In this role, she will oversee the company's national facility management platform.  Ms. Huls-Fry reports to Craig Robinson, President of Corporate Services, and is based in the company's Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Ms. Huls-Fry has 25 years of real estate experience, including her most recent experience of 13 years at Trammell Crow Company and then CB Richard Ellis when the firms merged.  During her tenure at these two companies, she held numerous leadership positions on high profile enterprise Corporate Services accounts.

Most recently, Ms. Huls-Fry served as Senior Managing Director on the Royal Bank of Canada account. Royal Bank of Canada is widely recognized as the largest financial institution in Canada, when measured by deposits, revenues and market capitalization. During this time, she managed a combined operating and capital projects budget of over $1 billion and a staff of 400 employees. Ms. Huls-Fry oversaw the delivery of facility management, project management, transaction management, critical services, engineering, procurement and finance for a 22 million square foot portfolio across Canada and the U.S. Prior to this role, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Assistant Alliance Director on the Bank of America account, overseeing the delivery of similarly integrated services for approximately 42 million square feet.

Ms. Huls-Fry's international experience includes serving as Senior Vice President on the American Express account, responsible for overall global facility management services. This role included oversight of 18 million square feet, approximately 1,300 buildings and 200 employees in North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

Ms. Huls-Fry was the recipient of numerous awards while at Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis, including:

Ms. Huls-Fry completed her undergraduate work at Indiana University and Cambridge International.
