WASHINGTON, Feb. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ankura Trust Company announced today the appointment of Lisa J. Price as a Managing Director. Ms. Price brings more than 25 years of experience in trust and agency administration, leading administrative teams and coordinating contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory issues. She joins Ankura Trust Company, the newly formed New Hampshire-chartered non-depository trust company that will specialize in providing escrow agent, original issuance indenture trustee, successor indenture trustee and loan agency services in distressed and defaulted situations.

Ankura Trust Company provides independent, conflict-free indenture trustee, loan administrative agent, and creditor representative services with a specialty in stressed and distressed situations. We offer our services as a successor and at the time of original issuance, as well as for transactions outside of a restructuring context.

Over her career, Ms. Price has managed trustee, escrow, and agent services, as well as acted as primary interface for both internal and external audits. She has worked in the corporate trust departments of the former Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC Bank USA. Lisa had responsibility for the oversight and negotiation of agreements with professionals and clients to ensure that transaction roles and responsibilities were feasible in relation to respective policies and procedures.
